I called about an issue with my car, and I had a good experience from the start. The lady on the phone took the time to ask me a few questions to better understand the problem before giving me an appointment. When I arrived, the guy also took the time to look at the car and ask a few more questions. I really appreciated that he made time for me and was honest and helpful. I’ll definitely come back.

On my way to work after taking the exit off the highway I’m hearing a loud noise as I drive. To then realize I had a flat tire. Google searched and called some places but the wait time will be 2-3 hrs before someone gets dispatched to fix my flat. Called garages near me and I was told to leave my car and then return to pick up. Mind you I had to be at work for a meeting. Finally called VN Auto, and Anna answered my call. At first she said they were busy but then she said “you know what, come on and I’ll see what I can do”. I drove at 10km/hr to the garage that was 10min from me. As soon as I pulled in front I had a young man that came to see me with a smile. Saying my car is slanted with a smile. It made me smile. Because I was having a shitty morning and was stressed. Told him I spoke with Anna, and he goes yes problem she told me to take care of you. And Anna came to greet me outside. What an amazing human being. She was so nice and helpful. It is a family business, and Anna is the owner. Her sons are the mechanics. They were all so very nice and pleasant to deal with. Thank you Anna and family for your help, I truly appreciate it. I will definitely come see you guys. P.S also the price was reasonable for a spare tire change. When I called other garages they were saying a little more than VM Auto’s price.

Really happy with the service. They were friendly, honest, and got everything done properly without making it complicated. I felt like they actually cared and took the time to explain what needed to be done. I’d definitely go back and recommend them to others.

Their google reviews are really true! We came here for brake pad change because the dealer quoted us $1500 for brake pads change. They are very quick to serve. Before changing, they inspected it first and told us our brake pads are still good still about 60 to 80%. They could just make money out of us but we appreciate their honesty, they didnt even charge us for inspection. We are very impressed by their honesty. We truly appreciate that there are still good & honest garage in Montreal, they’re one of them. Will surely come back to them for our future needs & will reccommend them with our friends. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
